Where to take the ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza

Ferries to Ibiza typically depart from the Moll de Sant Bertran or Moll de la Fusta piers at the port of Barcelona. However, always check with your ferry operator for the exact departure pier, as it can vary by company or change.

  • By metro: take Line 3 (Green Line) to Drassanes Station or Line 4 (Yellow Line) to Barceloneta Station. From both stations, it is only a 15-minute walk to the port.  
  • By bus: you can catch bus lines 45, 59, 88, 88B, D20, 21, N0, N6, or H14 which serve the port area. Specific buses like the T-3 Portbus can take you directly from Drassanes to the cruise terminals.
  • By train: from Barcelona Sants station, take the R2 Nord line to Estació de França. From Estació de França, it's a 20-minute walk to the port or a short taxi ride.
  • By taxi: taxis are also widely available. Simply enter "Port de Barcelona" or your specific terminal in the app, and you will be at the port in about 5-10 minutes from the city center.
  • By car: If you’re driving, follow road C-31, which merges into B-10, and follow the signs to the Port de Barcelona. There are several parking lots available around the port area.

Tip: if you are near La Rambla or Barceloneta, the port is within walking distance (around 10-20 minutes depending on your exact location) so you can get there on foot.
