Ferryhopper Check-In: How to get your boarding pass

If you're using our app, you just have to go to "My trips" and select the trip you want to check in for. If you don’t, then you should think about downloading it! The Ferryhopper check-in procedure is super easy and it helps you travel hassle-free.

Tip: in case you cannot check in, keep in mind that online check-in might not be open yet, as ferry companies have a specific timeframe within which passengers can check in online. Most ferry companies allow check-in within 48 hours prior to departure, but this timeframe may vary.

Check-in via the booking confirmation email

As soon as you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking information. To get your electronic ticket, just click on the “Check in online” link that you will find in the “Boarding process” section.

After the Ferryhopper online check-in is successfully completed, your e-tickets will arrive either in your inbox or your mobile device.

Tip: when boarding, you just need to show the e-ticket with your ID, passport or driver's license. Your mobile phone must be able to display the e-ticket on your phone screen, so make sure that your phone battery is charged.
