Where to take the ferry from Port Blair?

Ferries to Havelock depart from two main jetties:

• Haddo Jetty: it is used by most private operators, such as Makruzz, Nautika, Green Ocean, and ITT Majestic.
• Phoenix Bay Jetty: it is normally used by government-operated ferries.

Taxis or auto-rickshaws from Port Blair Airport (Veer Savarkar International Airport) can get you to either jetty in approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Ferries typically dock at Havelock Jetty (also known as Vijaynagar Jetty), the island’s main arrival point. It is conveniently located about 1 km from the main village area, making it easy to reach your accommodation on foot, by local taxi, or shared transport.
