Where to take the ferry from Naples to Sardinia

Ferries to Sardinia depart from the Calata Porta di Massa pier in the port of Naples, specifically from Via Immacolatella Vecchia. You can reach the pier in around 15 min by bus (151, 202 or 412) or metro (stop at Duomo) from the Naples central train station (Piazza Garibaldi).

If you wish to reach the port straight from the airport (Naples Capodichino), the most convenient option is to catch the Alibus bus, which takes you there in around 40 min.

The port area is equipped with essential amenities, such as bars, restaurants, ATMs, WC, and luggage storage spaces.

Where does the ferry arrive in Cagliari?

Cagliari's port is one of the largest in the Mediterranean. It is divided into 2 areas: the historic center port along Via Roma and the modern port in Giorgino. The port of Via Roma is the main port of the city, with a history dating back to the Phoenician-Punic and Roman periods.
