Where to take the ferry from Athens (Lavrio) to Kimolos

You can catch the ferry to Kimolos from the port of Lavrio in Athens. 

The port of Lavrio is located about 60 km from the center of Athens and about 35 km from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. The Attica KTEL operates daily bus services from Pedion Areos to the port of Lavrio which takes about 2 hr, depending on traffic.

Where does the ferry arrive in Kimolos?

Ferries from Lavrio arrive at the main port of Kimolos, which is in Psathi. You can easily get from the small port of Psathi to the main town of Chorio on foot (15-min walk) or by car (a 3-min drive).

In the area around the port you will find cafés, restaurants, tavernas, bars, shops and hotels, as well as useful services such as ATMs, car rentals, and a small parking lot.
