- The northern port, from where ships depart for the Ionian Islands (domestic lines). It is located near the center of Igoumenitsa and Thesprotia KTEL bus station. Within walking distance from the docks, you can find banks, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
- The new port (Neos Limenas) is located to the center and south of Igoumenitsa and serves international ferry lines. It has a large passenger terminal, luggage lockers, ticket offices, a taxi rank, and some restaurants and cafes near the docks, about 10 minutes on foot.
