How to check in online for my ferry trip with Seajets?

Book your Seajets e-tickets fast for all ferry routes on Ferryhopper, and manage your ferry trip to the Greek islands easily!

Once you have booked your ferry tickets, you have 2 options to complete the Seajets online check-in procedure:

1. via the confirmation email we send you
2. via the Ferryhopper App

Once your booking is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your booking details. To proceed with the online check-in, simply click on the "Check in online" button that you will find in the "Boarding process" section.

To check-in online, you need to fill in:

• the reservation code
• the access code
• the company code

After you successfully complete the Ferryhopper online check-in, you will receive your ferry tickets on your email or mobile device.

Important: the online check-in is available 48 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your ferry.

On the Ferryhopper App, go to the "My trips" section and pick the ferry trip you want to check in for. After you complete your Seajets web check-in, you can get your Mobile Boarding Pass on your phone, which works as your ferry ticket(s).

If you haven't downloaded the Ferryhopper App yet, now is the time! Checking in via the Ferryhopper app is simple and allows you to travel smoothly and stress-free.

Can I check in online and collect my ferry tickets at the port?

Of course, you can! If, for some reason, your can't download your boarding pass after completing your online check-in, or your smartphone doesn't support the Mobile Boarding Pass, you can collect your ferry tickets from Seajets authorized ticket offices at the ports of departure.

In this case, make sure to arrive at the port well in advance in order to print and collect your boarding pass(es).
