The best time to book your ferry tickets to Milos depends on your travel plans and flexibility. If you're planning to travel during the peak summer season (July and August), we recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance to secure availability, especially if you are traveling with a car or during the weekend.

Note that ferry companies often promote special offers in the months leading up to the high season, so the best time to book cheaper tickets to Milos is probably between May and June.

As for trips in spring (April-May) or autumn (September-October), you can normally book a few weeks in advance and still find good availability. However, ferry crossings are usually less frequent, so we recommend booking your spot in advance to ensure availability.

1. If you are traveling to/from Milos in July or August, make sure to reach the port at least 1 hr in advance, especially if you are bringing along your vehicle.
2. Shoulder season is one of the best times to visit Milos and enjoy a quiet time on the island. Therefore, we recommend traveling to Milos in June or late September.
